Platform Overview & Governing Law

POWS™ (Pool of Wins Shared) is a proprietary demand-aggregation and cooperative purchasing platform owned and operated exclusively by Niche Fix Consulting, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. All platform activity, contractual relationships, intellectual property, and data processing conducted through POWS™ are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to use of this platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Duval County, Florida.
